Hi everyone,

I lost my breath when I first read the quote above by the Dalai Lama. Clearly, the time has come for us to cast off our doubts and insecurities and step up to the plate of full empowerment and skilful action.

For those of you who do not live in what may be labelled as western countries, I propose that this applies to you too -- to those of us anywhere who have the freedom, skills and motivation to tap our inner power and turn our attention to co-creating a better future for the planet.

So how do we do this? For starters, we can tune in to the Women on the Edge of Evolution tele-series on the Internet. My thanks to those of you who alerted me to this remarkable endeavour. This series is offering us free access to 14 weekly conversations with some of the world's leading women. Each week offers a different perspective for exploring how we, as women, can come into the fullness of our power and together, create a healthier, happier world.

As this directly speaks to the issues that inspired me to create 'women at heart,' I want to ensure you know about this.

The talks run on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. You can listen at that time or later access the recording online. I've just begun listening to the talks and I hope to bring some of the guidance to you through 'word of heart.' Of course, we don't need to go outside of ourselves for guidance -- we have everything we need inside. We simply have to trust this and open to our inspiration.
