Hi Patrice,

Today's message is truly a message from my heart. A brand new year beckons us forward and I'm alive with excitement about the possibilities that will unfold.

For the past 1.5 years, I have been following the teachings of Jeddah Mali and I can say without hesitation that my life has completely transformed in that time. What's more, I know my journey of discovery is just beginning and I am so keen to share my expanding perspectives with you.

I look back over the last 15 years with wonder. 'Word of heart' -- the paper version and predecessor of the 'women at heart' website -- was born out of a spontaneous thought one morning and it quickly and magically emerged as a real life venture when two beautiful and powerful women joined me in creating and embracing the vision.

The founding principles we adopted then are still valid today. I feel as though I've arrived back at the very place we first started -- but with a difference. I (I will only speak for myself here) began with innocence and naiveté but I return to my roots with a mix of innocence and maturity, perhaps even wisdom. It's time to leap to a new level.

Looking back to the late 1990s, I am in awe of the power of the seed that was planted and in deep gratitude to the women who brought it to life with me.

My/our vision has always been to create a circle of women supporting each other in empowerment. The way forward has to focus on how we can join together in a large and expanding circle of sharing.

With my whole heart, I thank you for your patience in hanging in there with me over the past years of tentatively feeling my way along. I still don't have a clear vision of what's coming, but I promise you that whatever it is will support all of us in opening to the love, wisdom, power and joy that lie inside us.

Life is truly magical, when we have the eyes to see beneath the appearance of things. Together, let's go for the gold.
