In her view, the women’s movement is entering a new phase: the desire and capability to co-create a new and better world.

“The new heroine’s journey begins when our unique creativity is aroused. … Women, in partnership with men, are called to … bring our values of caring, love, ecological sensitivity, nonviolence, gender balance, win-win and partnership models into the larger world.”

She sees claiming our power and purpose as an evolutionary shift, meaning it will lead to transformation rather than merely incremental changes to the existing order.
