When a
challenge turns up for you, it can help to think of it a little
bit playfully. Think: what are 12 things I could do about that?
Some of your ideas will be ridiculous and some of them will be
fabulous.
As soon as
you say, well, what can I do about that, and make it playful, it
changes the energy. It also makes you really aware of how much
influence and power you have to make a difference. Once you know
you have all those options that you could do if you felt like
it, you will feel differently about your situation.
