LEADING WITH WELL-BEING
"No authentic female leadership has yet
evolved from the old paradigm in order to lead the people into
the new one. It's too easy to live the world of the mind and
keep learning (or not learning) the lessons of the mind, for
that is what the male- dominated world has said is important.
But it's not, is it?"

Hi everyone,
This quote grabbed my attention yesterday. And then an email
today (from a woman) told me: "The truth is your Internet
business will not survive unless you are involved in various
forms of social media."
Allow me to demonstrate authentic feminine leadership by
replying to her, "NO!"
That statement is NOT truth -- it's only someone's belief.
Unfortunately, the more individuals repeat that belief, the more
people see it as truth and the more power it holds over people's
lives.
Well, I'm not buying in. My heart is sick and tired of being
told what to do.
Nonetheless, I can see I'm still stuck in old patterns. Lately,
I have been madly ticking items off my to-do list -- the list
that never ends. I've been trying hard to be productive, which
is the measure of success for masculine energy. But for me
(perhaps not for you), this busywork always keeps me superficial
and unfulfilled.
I
get truly nourished with depth of experience. And for depth, I
need space and time to relax and BE. That's when I feel most
abundant. And doesn't the Law of Attraction say that as we
experience abundance, we attract good things to us? Perhaps
authentic feminine leadership will champion well-being rather
than continuous doing.
And on that note, I'm off on vacation tomorrow. I had intended
to line up 'word of heart' messages to cover the two weeks I'll
be away but now I've decided against that. I want to publicly
set an example of choosing ease.
I
know you will appreciate the value of this.

"So many people work so hard, to achieve,
attain, accumulate and cherish their fortunes. How many of us
blissfully fill our days and nights being the Divine expression
we are? ... This is the joy of life."

Day approaches, one of our community is seeking empowerment in
dealing with the passing of her mother. Can you support her?
