AN IDEA FOR YOUR FEEDBACK...
"Today, we must start to recover our sanity."
-- Sarah Ban Breathnach
Hi Patrice,
I am so moved by your responses to my
survey! Thank you to those of you who took the time to let
me know about your interests and concerns and how 'women at
heart' might serve you better.
You are most welcome to review the detailed
results of the survey here.
For a short version:
'women at heart' readers are most interested
in spiritual and personal growth: living more consciously,
personal empowerment through authentic living, and becoming
aware of what holds us back.
Greatest challenges revolve around self
acceptance, self- esteem and self-confidence and finding meaning
and purpose in life.
Most seek inspiration on women's empowerment
followed by connection to other resources.
Roughly 57% of readers are over 50 years
of age while 38% are between 30 and 50.
Now here's a new idea...
Would you like guidance on how to live
from your heart?
I discussed the survey results with my
friend and spiritual advisor, Kristin Van Tilburg, and she
suggested we offer a free four-part audio series on heart-centered
living.
Kristin will speak about how living
from our core values holds the power to transform the stress
of daily living. She will offer techniques and support in how
to develop an alignment of body, emotions, and thoughts that
allows you to experience much more love and other positive
emotions for yourselves.
Kristin knows this subject well. She
is President of Conquer Stress, LLC, located near Dallas,
Texas. Her mission is to make the experience of heart-centered
living available to those who are seeking it. She has 12 years
of experience in training and mentoring. I can personally
attest to the power of her guidance.
Does this interest you? Would you take
the time to listen to 4 free recorded hour-long talks on how
to live more joyfully from your heart?
Please reply right now to this email
with a quick 'yes' if this topic resonates with you.
As always, thanks for being there!
