Dear friends,

At this time of year, I am particularly conscious that 'women at heart' is a global community. This challenges me.

While I have just passed the winter solstice, some of you have just moved through the summer solstice. While I celebrate Christmas, some of you celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the Solstice, Diwali or Christmas in January. Even New Year's is not celebrated at the same time all around the world.

So how do I extend season's greetings respectfully?

Well, any day is perfect for telling you how grateful I am to have you in this circle, and to send my love and best wishes to you for a life you love.

And today, I'm brimming over with optimism around what lies ahead for us. My quality of life is dramatically improving because more and more, I understand how life works and how to work effectively with it. Come January, I will share what I'm learning with you in a new program. I'm very excited about this!

I feel a strong recommitment to the vision of 'women at heart': women empowering women. I know that if I can find self-confidence and peace, anyone can, because despite our geographic and cultural differences, at heart, we are all the same.

More than anything, I urge you to open to trust in your innate wisdom, power and love. You may have learned to demand proof of something before you will be willing to trust it. But in the spiritual world, it works the other way. We are called to extend trust and then we experience the truth of it.

So my wish for you at this time: may you believe in yourself!
