Hi everyone!
As women on the edge of evolution, we are beginning to grasp the
extent of our power as individuals. Lynne McTaggart is proving
that we are even more powerful when we gather in small groups
and share a focused intention.
She describes the powering-up effect of group mind as
extraordinary. In other words, the power of a focused group
intention is way beyond the sum of each individual's influence.
I know the truth of this. Many years ago, I was introduced to
talking circles, and I experienced the magic of groups in sacred
space to share, to heal and to deepen our sense of being.
Then five years ago, five other women and I formed a sacred
mastermind circle. We adapted mastermind principles used in
business to support us in our personal growth. We chose to apply
these principles within the circle protocol. The results of
this? Awesome!
How does a sacred mastermind circle work? Every week, we gather
together to connect and ask for what we need or want in our
lives. Over the following week, we support each other's requests
(and our own!). We do this in meditation, a few moments of quiet
reflection or whatever way feels right for each of us. It's been
so easy -- and absolutely transformative!
Lynne McTaggart affirms that altruism is good for us. Sending
healing heals the healers. When we seek to serve others, this
weaves a field of well being that serves everyone.
