To many people let stress run their lives. We must all learn how to meditate. It is a way of life for me and I really don't know what I would do without meditation!Everything melts away when I meditate. I feel revitalized and most of all I feel grounded.

I had not meditated much until the past few months. Patrice introduced me to Jeddah Mali and I absolutely love her work and meditating. =) I agree, we should all meditate. It is so vital to reenergizing.

I was just watching Dr. Oz and he had Deepak Chopra on today who just happened to be talking about meditation. It is THE vitalizing, reenergizing we need to practice! Love it! :D
